- Enable Coming soon mode to hide the website

Parent story videos
To add a video to the Parent Stories playlist:
- upload it to Vimeo
- in the video Settings >> Collections >> assign the video to the ‘Parent Stories’ collection. Eg. https://vimeo.com/228375310/settings/addto
- Click Save
Contact forms
- Contact form 7 plugin is installed.
- Click on Lefthand menu >> Contact
to view existing contact forms, which you can duplicate and adapt.
Edit main menu
- Left hand Menu >> Appearance >> Menus
- Drag and drop new pages / menu items on the menu list
- Click Save

Sign-up/membership
The website uses WP Members plugin to block access beyond the homepage for non-subscribers. It also manages the process of subscription.
- WP Members Settings
- When new users sign up, an email will be sent to nick@neonatalbutterflyproject.org
- New users will be ‘Subscriber’ status. They will automatically receive login details (no need to approve)
- A list of subscribers can be viewed here: Left hand menu >> Users
Tracking users and views
Google Analytics
Google Analytics data ca be viewed in the Dashboard, and the by logging in to Google Analytics

Vimeo shows stats for viewing figures on each video
